My wife believes I am unfaithful- this is not true- we've been married 50yrs. We are FL retired seniors. We own house, car. I get about $900 mo SS & she gets Abt 400. I get a $1400 Mo. pension that stops upoon my death. We each have seperate investments in induvidual names. She has more than me but neither enough to live on comfortably. No debts. Questions: What financial splits might I expect from the courts or medeation if we are forced to seperate. Would the house be ordered sold?
