I am originally from Myrtle Beach, SC and my real father died when I was 2 and 5 years later she met Tony. They have been together for 16 yrs so what I was told is that they are by law married, and if that is so can he still adopt me? I never new about anything like that until tonight when I was watching a T.V show.
