What is the name of your state?
Florida

Before my father's death, he was married to his 3rd wife. My father adopted his 3rd wife's son.

This 3rd wife and her son have never been a part of my life. They are strangers to me. I do not recognize this adopted son as my brother. I had nothing to do with this child's adoption.

Can anything be done to legally seperate myself from this child?

I think your mother would be in line as your heir before your brother, but it is good that you have adjusted your wills to reflect what you want, as long as the wills were prepared properly, then you should be fine
