my son and daughter in law have two small children. they have a surprise third due next month, and have asked me to take the baby home at birth. what forms are reguired in ohio for this? needing answers quickly, thanks.

Are you wanting to adopt the child, take it into custody or be named legal guardian?

Im going to take the baby home with me when shes born, and plan to adopt her as soon as I can. Guardianship would be a must I think, so I can provide medical care etc.
No idea what I need to do though
