Question

Adopting sis in laws baby from another country

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX
My husbands sister lives in El Salvador and she wants us to adopt the baby and bring it here to the U.S. with us. She is unable to really take care of it and the father of the baby wants nothing to do with it. She is due at the end of January is there anyone who knows on how to go about or if we can even get the baby by the time its born. please if you know anything let us know i will sign on everyday or email me at [email]miguels_1_love@yahoo.com[/email] Thank you
