adoptionin west virginia----my sister thought she had signed custody papers over to her sons grandparents**************find out it was adoption papers ...her and the grandparents had an verbal agreement it was just until she got into a better situation....she is a very good mother ,,she just was with a husband that wasnt at the time....so anyways is there anything at all she can do? maybe go to supreme court? please help |
