adoption

i am asking this for a friend who has no access to the internet. she and her husband were in the process of adopting their granddaughter when her husband was taken. she wants to have his name put on the birth cerficate. the judge in ohio said he would do it if she could show any case where this was done in the past. the adoption was approved but not final before he died. is there anyone out there who can help?.

Go to the message board for Oregon and ask that question again. There is a attorney named LDGroing or something like that. he is a attorney that runs and participates in teh message board. if there is a case history for that he would know it. He is a walking case history library.
