adoption advice

My brother was married just a little over a year ago, she has 3 kids , their biological father and the mother pushed for the adoption,she took care of this in wyoming,there is afalse statement in the adoption papers, now she has moved back to wyoming to be with friends amd family also had an affair with her ex-boyfriend for who knows how long but wants chold support is there anything we can do since her intentions were not good to begin with??
