adoption after divorce

What is the name of your state? idaho
me and my ex were divorced back in January, but in feb, we decided to try reconcile but things never worked out like we wanted. unfortunately i got pregnant during that time. at first we decided to do adoption but we have had some complications between the two of us and hes now not willing to sign away his rights for the baby. If i gave him custody of the child and signed away my parental rights to the baby, does that mean i have to pay child support? [font=Tahoma]

I'm really tired of beating my head against the wall. Have you as much as searched THIS site about termination of parental rights? You know, like it states RIGHT AT THE TOP OF THIS F*CKING PAGE?

Nothing personal here, but there are a freakin' lot of people who can't be bothered to (a) read the bloody directions that are clearly posted and (b) think their situation is oh so unique. DO A LITTLE WORK, PEOPLE!
