The state took a friend's children from his wife, who was in another relationship with another man. A representative from the state visited him in jail asking him to relinguish his rights. He did do this. Now, they are asking him to pay an arrearage of $500.00. In the meantime, they keep putting him in jail for 90 days at a time. With no time in between, a new warrant is issued within 2 weeks of his release. This is harrassment and misuse of the court system. The ex-wife is sent the paperwork, which she never gives to him. With the court knowing that him and his ex-wife no longer co-habitate together (they haven't since 2 years prior to divorce).
