Adoption of sister's babyHi, I need some advice. My husband and I are planning on starting a family soon. We are not sure if I can have a healthy baby (I have a skin condition and have taken a vary of drugs over the years that are known to possibly cause birth defects). Recently, my younger sister has become pregnant. She is not at all interested in having a baby, and as far as we can tell, neither is the father. My husband and I are seriously considering trying to adopt her child. I have not approached her with this yet, but will have to soon. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks. |
