adoptive parent having HIV

What is the name of your state? Colorado

Is it possible to adopt a child with one parent being HIV + and the other one being fine?

If the parents are fine in all other ways, I would say that fact alone should NOT be an absolute barrier.

It depends also on what the alternatives for the child are.
