Unfit for Adoption

What is the name of your state? AR
What is the name of the state in question? UT

Recently I asked for and received a civil stalking injunction for a person who has future plans for adoption. This person is a very good liar and I am concerned that she may convince an adoption agency to adopt to her despite the fact the is mentally unbalanced and addicted to prescription pain killers. I worry about some poor kid being adopted by her.

My question is will the civil stalking injunction prevent her from adopting?

Why is your thread named "Anti-Adoption" rather than "Unfit Parent" or "Possible Unfit Future Parent". The issue at hand is whether this person is fit to parent, whether adoptive or biochildren are involved. As an adoptive parent, they would certainly face MORE scrutiny than they would as a bioparent.

FYI- We had to obtain police clearances & FBI fingerprint checks as part of our dossier. Very possibly a RO would show up in a police check and raise a question.

Title

Sorry I was thinking too much like a science person. Anti meaning none or no. Hence No adoption. I have change the title as you suggested. It's good to know that it may show up at least cause some questioning. I truly would hate to see a child grow up in their home.
