Pennsylvania - Specifically Montgomery County if this makes a difference.
How long is a Pennsylvania Adoption Attorney required, by the law, to keep the adoption records? If the Attorney dies prior to the retention requirement, are the files required to be forwarded to a particular institution if his practice was disolved?
I'm hoping someone can answer these two questions for me as I've searched high and low without success.
