My fiance of three years went away to boot camp for the Marine Corps...and I more or less lured into going out with one of my ex-boyfriends, where he had sex with me. I never talked to him again, and talked to my finace during his boot camp time. Around two months later I found out that I was pregnant, and automatically assumed that the father of my child was my finace (since the dates matched up and everything). I got married to him, and we had our son together. Around the time that our son was seven months old, this ex-boyfriend of mine contacts me and wants a paternity test done. We have it done, and the results are that the father of my son are in fact the ex-boyfriend. I'm totally in love with my husband and we are married and him and I have been raising our son together. My question is does the ex-boyfriend and biological father of my son have any rights to my son even though he was not there throughout the pregnancy and I'm married to a man that has raised him since he was born? Oh...this would be in the state of Virginia
