Biological Grandparent's RightsWhat is the name of your state? NJ I was given up for adoption at birth. I have recently reunited with my birthparents. However, my birthmother has some issues and I choose to separate myself and my family from her. Is there any way she can be awarded visitation from the court for visitation of my children or did she lose this right when she relinquished me? Thanks so much! Bron |

| She's a legal stranger to you and your children. She has no rights.
