What is the name of your state? KY.
I posted a few days ago and have received no response. I am trying to get all the advice I can before I take action and would like to know anyone else stories or success rate in terminating rights to a child that has been abandoned by biological father.

I do know that you have to have someone to adopt the child before the biological father's rights would be terminated. At least in PA it is that way.
