can i have any visitation with my kids


What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? california


my parents adopted my kids and i was wondering if there is any way i could visit with them

You have no rights as legally there are not your children anymore.

So your kids are your SIBLINGS?

Have you asked Mommy and Daddy if you can come over and play with your brother or sister?

see my mom tricked me into giving her coustdy i never been through this crap before she said if i didnt give her coustdy they would go to a foster home the social worker told me the same i can visit whenever i want i was wondering if there was any legal ways i could either reestlabish my parental rights or get legal visitation with my kids

Now wait a minute. Do they simply have CUSTODY? Or did they ADOPT the kids? There is a huge difference.

If they adopted, it is completely up to them whether to allow you any sort of contact with the children.
