Question

Can I Help?

What is the name of your state?Vermont

My Best friend is having big problems with her mom. She is 15 y/o. her mom is abusing her and wont take her to doctors when she gets sick. my parents are willing to become her leagl gaurdians how whould we goabout doing that?

If you think she's being abused or neglected, someone should call CPS (Child Protective Services - tho it may be called soemthing else in your state - DCS, DYFS, etc). Otherwise, her parents would have to agree with your parents becoming legal guardians.

so all her mom would have to do i consult to my parents becomeing her leagal gaurdian then what is there any paperwork or court envolvement?
