Consent to Adoption

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York.

Up to how many years can an adoption be challenged when fraud, coercion, or duress has taken place? Are there statues of limitation?

You need to consult with a local adoption attorney and give them all of the facts surrounding the matter.

In other words, someone cannot advise you without knowing the whole story, nitty gritty details and all, and also knowing the law and case law in the state with jurisdiction.

Again, it depends upon the circumstances.....

There is no one answer to this question - it will depend in part on the basis for the challenge.
