| wyoming i adopted my new wife's kids last year in may. now she has had an affair and is leaving me. she expects me to pay child support to her. is there anything i can do to fight paying child support since her intentions were never to be with me in the beginning. her kids are the ages of 7,8,8. |

| This is kind of tricky, but, as long as you actually adopted these kids, they are yours and you are now responsible for them. You are required to pay child support. Can you prove that her intentions were to never stay with you? I kind of doubt you have solid evidence and even if you did, if a judge would even look at them. You adopted regardless. |
