My sister gave birth to a baby boy on July 24, 2005. Two days later my dad calls her and she tells him the baby died. Yesterday her husband left her and they’re 2 year old. He wants a divorce. Come to find out that the baby was not his and he would not allow her to contact her family. He told her that she had to give the baby up for adoption or he will take her to court and take their 2 year old away from her. So she gives in and gives the baby boy to an adoption agency in Oklahoma City. Now she is staying with our dad and tells him that the baby did not died and that her husband made her sign over her baby to the agency. She wants the baby back and the agency is giving her the run a rounds. What can we do? She was not in the state of mind to make the decision any ways. She is supposed to take 2 anti-depressants a day, but since she was pregnant she was not able to. How can we get the baby back? Does our father have any grandparent rights in this issue? Please Help!!!!!
