girl turns 19. Lives in shed

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?CA another twist to the post I made about adoption for monetary gain is that the adopt mom adopted a girl that was mildlly developementally disabled. She was 17 at the time and got a check $2000. She is now 19. When the 2 kids that my boyfriend adopted came over they said she is living in a shed out by the well pump Do you think APS would like to know about this or the regional center? This woman adopted these kids because in her own words she was tired of cps sticking their nose in her house. What a system we have.
