Please anyone with info please help me My brother had a baby
My neice was born in Maryland and was cocaine positive
at which time department of social services intervined and the baby is 7 months old now and has lived with a foster family since she was 2 days old my husband and I have decided to offer the hame she needs despartly and my brother and the babys mother has agreed with this adoption however because I live in West Virginia social services say this could take another 8-12 months how is this possible when i have both parents permission for adoption HOW CAN I GET THIS DONE ASAP shes is just an infant and she needs to bond PLEASE HELP Thank you
