i want to adopt my sisters baby

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? north carolina

you need to be more specific then that.

Are you old enough to adopt a baby? does your sister want to give up her baby? you know, things like that.

Are BOTH Mom and Dad willing to have you adopt this baby? Can you pass a home study? Are you all in the same state?
