I'd like to know if I can obtein the custody of my brother ans sister because my mother doesn't take care of them. They are both american citizens, but my mother took them to mexico and she doesn't want them to go to school. They haven't been in school for about two years by now. My mother has an issue with alcohol. I'd like to know what can I do for them.

the kids are in Mexico. there is nothing you can do here in the US. you would need a mexican law attorney. where is dad?
