incarserated father's consent

I live in Ohio and my ex-husband was convicted of child mollestation and has been in prison for 3 years. My fiance' wants to adopt my son. Do I need my ex husbands consent for this? Any help would be great. Thanks

Under those circumstances in Indiana, you wouldn't need his consent, but check with an attorney in your state....
