I trust we are not to learn that the adoption was granted upon the petitioners' submitting falsified paternal consent.

If so, the state needs to enact more rigid laws.

It happens at times -- lying about dad... Especially if CSB is involved. Especially in Ohio. Read my caselaw update I post every once in a while. Working on it today.
