my adopted sisterWhat is the name of your state? nebraska, i live here but she lives in wisconsin. it was an open adoption by her father's sister. do i have any rights as her sister to be able to talk to her or see her. she is 17 now and i don't know that she even knows i exist. she was supposed to be told of our family. the last time i tried to contact her they basically told me they didn't want me to talk to her. do i have any rights? ![]() |
