My mom has custody of my 3 year old daughter and now she wants to adopt her. I want to know if I can get her back in my custody, or atleast joint custody.I signed the papers because i didn't have anything, now i have a job and an apartment and my daughter says she wants to be with me.But now my mom wants to adopt her but i want my daughter back! what is the Texas law on this?please help!

Maybe your mom realized you are NOT good as a mother, and will probably get back with the idiot father who has probably not paid child support.

Right?
