What is the name of your state? Texas

Me and my two girls have recently become permanent residents of US, and now my husband wishes to adopt my two girls and change their names.. Their biological father is deceased therefore I would like our family to be complete again..
Please could you tell me how easy this would be and where would we get the forms to do this.
I really want some help with this if possible..
Any information would be valuable thank you...

There are no "forms" for adoption in Texas. Since their father is deceased, the process will be less complicated then a typical step parent adoption. However, an attorney is still necessary.
