Original Birth Certificate - California


I'm trying to gain access to a sealed Original Birth Certificate (OBC) from Sacramento.

They told me I need to file a petition in Superior Court (form 9200 in los angeles county where the adoption took place OR form 102705 in orange county where I reside).

I'm unable to find form 102705.

I don't have any information on the birth parents except for their last names.

I would appreciate any help with this matter.

Every CA county has a self-help center. You can go there from here:
