Petition to open records-TX

Does anyone know what form or forms I need to file with the court to open adoption records in TX. I know I need a Petition. A Petition to.....? Is that the only form I need? Does anyone have a sample petition and/or relative forms they could send me? Please.....trying to locate grandparents. (My father's birthparents.) I am aware that only he can petition the court however, he does not want to exert the effort in locating them. I believe if I can do all the footwork I can persuade him to at least sign the papers. Thank you in advance for any help you may provide me.
