please help i don't want to lose my sisters

What is the name of your state? Tennessee

I have 2 girls living with me and my parents right now. The problem is that both of their parents are dead, and their closest family lives in florida. We don't want to lose the girls and they don't want to go. They are threatening to run away if they are forced to live there. These girls are like my sisters and we are willing to fight for them but we don't know what to do or what our rights are. I need to find something quickly because i can't lose them. If anyone knows anything, PLEASE HELP US. Thanks.

Question

are they your foster sisters?

who has legal custody of the girls? dcfs or someone else? you can try to fight for custody, but unless youre a relative, you may not win, especailly if its a foster care situation. social workers try to place kids with relatives first.
