post adoption subsidy

What is the name of your state? Michigan
Hi, we adopted our daughter over 2 years ago...she has special needs but was not dx until after finalization. She was adopted from bethany christian services, is there any way for us to get the subsidy now or are we out of luck? please help if you can. Thank you
