step child adoption please help!!!

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania (child was born in Florida)
My daughter is 14 years old and my husband of three years wants to adopt her(and she wants him to)....there is no fathers name on her birth certificate and her bio father has NEVER claimed her as his child....we have not seen her bio father in about 10 years and have no idea where he is....does anyone have any advice ???

If you go to your state's website for state laws, you should be able to find the info you need to do an adoption or look for stepparent adoptions.

This is also something you should consult an attorney on.
