I live in Nevada. Back in May of 2000 I had my ex-husbands parental rights terminated. My daughter is 10 years old and has never met her biological father. I've been married for 3.5 years and my husband wants to adopt my daughter. Since parental rights have been terminated, would I still need to get my ex-husband's consent? We plan on getting an attorney, but would like to know in advance if we have to have his consent.
