Arkansas, my daughter was born in illinois in 1999, her biological father was sentenced to 11 years in fed prison 1 year after she was born, has long record including distrubution and trans of meth across state lines, domestic violence (me) and is a sexual offender among other things. i am remarried living in another state, child will be 7 this year, want to do step parent adoption been married for 3 years. what can i do
