My new husband wants to adopt my youngest daughter as he had raised her since she was 10 months old , Her father is not in the picture does not pay child suport and has not seen her in almost 3 years .When I had her I lived in Ohio but I moved to Nevada with my new husband .I was wondering what the laws in Nevada require about taking the fathers rights away so that my husband can adopt her?
