Step parent adoption deceased fatherWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas I have 2 children from a previous marriage. Their father is deceased. I am remarried and my husband has petitioned to adopt the children. The paternal grandmother has petitioned for this to be dismissed. Can this be dismissed just because she doesn't agree? |
