Hahaha...yes that was most definitely a typo. Me being the person who can't even watch commercials for scary movies, I would freak out if he let me know he was dead!! I talked to 2 other attorneys here today, and both said you could move to terminate parental rights and that I had grounds to do so. They also know and deal with the juvenile court judges here in our county. One I talked to I felt extremely comfortable with and I really liked that he took the time to answer all my questions, even if I asked them several times. So we will be getting our paperwork together to move forward. Thanks to all for your posts...it really helps to get it out and talk to others rather than driving myself insane thinking about it.
