Surrogacy

It is a general term which may be used when a surrogate carries a pregnancy for another person. This may involve a Gestational carrier who is inseminated, conceives, and hands over the baby at the completion of the pregnancy. A couple of embryos are transferred via a simple catheter into the gestational surrogate's uterus and she carries the pregnancy to term. This may be considered as an extension of IVF where a woman who has functioning ovaries, but does not have a uterus. For someone who has been experiencing multiple miscarriages because of medical reasons this can be a logical solution.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.

I agree with Ohiogal - SOOOO? What's your legal question?

And FYI, adopting an ALREADY-born child that needs a family (and there are many tens of thousands of wonderful kids stagnating in orphanages) is a WAY more logical solution.
