Hello, I am from washington state. My question is I

cannot have children. and I have a freind who is will to be a surrogate for me. my husband would be the father. i have no eggs. so what legal papers would i have to do for this. and would i have to go to court. how can i find an attorny who deal speciffuly with surrogatcy??? since the father would take possasion. of the child, would you still have to go to court.????
