tERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS

What is the name of your state? TX
4 YEARS AGO OUR SON WAS TAKEN BY THE STATE BECAUSE CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES RECIEVED A PHONE CALLED STATEING WE WERE PHYSICALLY AND MEDICALLY ABUSING OUR SON......
THEY GAAVE US A CHANCE TO GET HIM BACK BUT ONLY BY ATTENDING PARENTING CLASSES AND OBTAINING A HOME FOR 6 MONTHS WHICH WE DID AND THEY AGREED TO GIVING US A SECOND CHANCE BUT ON COURT DAY THEY CHANGED THEIR STORIES AND THE JUDGE TERMINATED OUR PARENTAL RIGHTS......
WE ONLY GOT TO VISIT OUR SON FOR 1 HOUR A MONTH DURING ALL OF THIS MESS AND TO THIS DAY HE IS STILL "LOST IN THE SYSTEM" IN A FOSTER HOM AND WE WANT OT GET HIM BACK BECAUSE EVERYTIME HE GOT SICK WE HAD HIOM EITHER A THE EMERGENCY ROOM OR AT THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE ....
WHAT ARE OUR CHANCES OF GETTING HIM BACK

If your parental rights were actually terminated...then you have no chance of getting your child back. Since its been 4 years since your child was taken, its almost guaranteed that your parental rights have been terminated.

However, you can get a consult with a local attorney to confirm the situation.

They said that we were still unfit parents and we didn't deserve to be his parents...your honor after everything we did to comply with what we were asked to do you'd think that CPS would be just a little more compassionate towards paarents who showed they really loved their children enough to try and get things together to get their children back.....
