is there a chance for us?

What is the name of your state? idaho
is it my lawyer's job to explain options, such as open adoption, and to follow up on case plans completed, provide copies of All Documents, stand in defence of wrongful allegations and follow up on releases of information? Or is it my responsibilty to present the info. to them?
