    Unfit Parent

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mississippi
If my mom is trying to send my little brother away and I can prove her unfit and that I can provide for him is it possible for me to take him away from our mom?

Where is your little brother's dad? And why is she trying to send him away? And why do you think your mother is unfit?
Parents should remember 3 things: Love your kids more than you hate your ex (or soon to be ex); when you have children the relationship with the other parent is until death; your children determine what type of nursing home you end up in.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship.

How old are you? How old is the child? Where is Dad?

The wording of your post suggests that you're not nearly old enough to take responsibility for the upbringing of a younger sibling.
