Wanting to adopt teenage sons child. Please help

What is the name of youWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee

My 18 year old son and his girlfriend had a little boy two months ago. My son lost his job right after my grandson was born. My husband and I live near Memphis and my son lives on the other side of the state. We have sent money and I have made trips home to help them out. My mother called me Friday to tell me that my son and his girlfriend gave my grandson to an adoption agency because they felt like it was the best thing for the child. I told my son that if he felt like he needed to do this that my husband and I would adopt my grandson. We are a young couple still in our thirties. We have a 6 year old of our own. I called the adoption agency to tell them that I was the gtrandmother and that I wanted the child. They told me to get an attorney. Is that the only recourse left to me? We are not rich people. Money is tight and everything extra we have had we sent to my son to help him out with my grandson. I am heartbroken and need some advice please.

Only recourse?? No.
Best recourse?? Probably.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Have you given any thought, at all, to what that might do to your son? Have you wondered if your son would Want to have his own son brought up as his Brother?? If that's not what he wants, do you have any idea what getting an attorney and trying to fight for this would do to your family? Are you willing to give up your own son in order to try to get a hold of your grandson? Seriously?
