I am 19 years old been married for a year had my own home for a year and have a 8 month old child I also am a stay at home mom except for 4 hours a day when I go to college. My brother and his girlfriend also have an 8 month old child that is now a ward of the state because my brother was manufacturing drugs in his home. there has never been a paternity test done on the child. I would like to know what my chances are that I would be given temporary or atleast gaurdianship custody of my brothers child and if so what assistance would I recieve to help care for this child. Also the child is a ward of washington state and I am from idaho.
