what if father does not want to give up son


father is not on birth certif.
mother put does not wish to state name

mother will not let visits happened. court ordered
have not seen son in three years unless he is at fathers mothers.

mother- has wanted adoption in 1996,1997 and 2001

dad pay support since 1995 she named father to get med.as.

child is 9 they were married but broke up before born,
divorced in 1994 mother wants stepfather to adopt.

besides getting advise on visits back what can he do about
adoption if you does not sign is that it?
we have a 5yr and would like the boys to have a chance to be brother like they should.

if mother would not be so mean boys would have had a good
relationship.
