401k

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ny

The judge ordered me to receive half of my X's 401k and pension fund. It is being reviewed by a neutral attorney who specializes in this. It's been about 6mos. since my divorce and I haven't heard anything about this yet. Is that unusual? Thanks

Yes, that is a bit unusual. You should probably be lighting a fire under the neutral attorney.
